Why is an older film in recent additions?
Recent additions describe when a work entered this catalogue. Use the title’s release information to check the production date; a new card is not a claim that the film premiered this week.
Does a popular position mean the highest rating?
No. Popularity reflects attention in the source chart, whereas a rating summarises evaluations. Compare the premise and listed score rather than treating chart order as a quality ranking.
Why can I see an upcoming film but not play it?
Coming Soon can describe a planned release or catalogue entry. It does not establish that a usable source exists. Check the title information again later instead of repeatedly pressing Play.
How do I distinguish two films with the same name?
Search a distinctive part of the name, then compare release year, synopsis and cast on the resulting pages. A similar poster or identical title is not enough to identify the production.
Are episode additions the latest broadcasts?
The episode hub records catalogue additions. Open the parent show and verify the season and episode numbers before assuming that an addition is the most recent broadcast.
How can I return to a few possible choices?
Sign in and use the title’s favourite or folder controls to keep a shortlist. Confirm your own selected state; the public number beside a heart includes other viewers’ activity.
What should I try when a new addition will not start?
Choose one available server and use its internal play control if autoplay is blocked. Compare a second server when offered. Send the title URL and source error if neither works.
Why did the front-page selections change?
Discovery selections refresh with the background catalogue snapshot and can be reordered by domain. Save a title in your account if you want a stable route back rather than relying on its current slider position.
Where can I browse on a small screen?
Open Browse in the navigation, or use search for a specific name. Close an open overlay first if it covers the menu; report your browser and page if the control still fails to respond.
Why is my saved shortlist missing after sign-in?
Check that you selected the same account as before and that you are signed in on this domain. Public totals may remain visible while your own marks are absent because they represent different information.
