A catalogue you can explore
Search films and series, narrow a list by the filters available in the catalogue, and compare stories, years, cast and ratings before opening a title.
Explore movies ↗A familiar idea. A new, independent team. A place to find your next story.
We are a new team building Cineby.hot as an independent revival of the Cineby viewing experience: a clear catalogue, useful details and personal space for the stories you want to return to.
The earlier Cineby service was associated with addresses including cineby.app and later cineby.at. Reporting in August 2026 documented its shutdown announcement and a staged closure extending into early September. The former operators subsequently stated that they had no official alternative.
Our project is a fresh start by a different team. We see it as a continuation of the idea, not a transfer of the old company, its ownership or its accounts. Cineby.hot is not operated or endorsed by the former Cineby team. You should create or use an account for this service rather than expect an old account or watch history to have been restored.
Cineby.app and Cineby.at appear in reporting about the former movie and TV service.
A staged shutdown was announced. The original team said there was no official alternative.
A separate service, its own accounts and a new development roadmap. No ownership transfer is claimed.

Explore movies ↗Your account brings together favourites, folders and personal ratings. Public totals describe community activity; your own marks belong to your account.
Open your account ↗Explore seasons and episode lists, check Now Playing and use available playback servers. Source availability and player options can vary by title.
Explore series ↗Published catalogue entries · counted · refreshed with the catalogue snapshot, normally every 72 hours. Counts describe listings, not guaranteed playable sources.
We plan to make it easier to compare picks by mood, available time and what you have already explored.
We want to improve saved-list organisation and make returning to a series feel simpler across devices.
Our priorities include better catalogue corrections, clearer playback feedback and more accessible mobile navigation.
These are development priorities for 2027, not promises of features already available or fixed release dates.
Our movie guide separates a release date from a catalogue addition. The series guide helps you judge the time commitment. The new-versus-popular comparison explains when each signal helps. If something gets in your way, start with Help or write to our team.
